Proofer has been a game changer for my custom sticker shop. The proof approval workflow is seamless and my customers love being able to request changes directly from the proof page. What really sets this app apart is the customer support... fast, helpful and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Any question I've had has been answered quickly and thoroughly. The custom email template system is flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any print shop or business that needs a professional proofing workflow.

Absolutely fantastic. Easy tab for customers to request a proof. Easy interface to track customer acceptance or changes. The developer, Nick, is SUPER responsive and got us set up really fast. The only issue I have is that this app has set the bar so high that now all my other apps pale in comparison.

Excellent App and even better support. You can request features to be added or removed just by contacting them, this has to be the best app I've ever used for that reason alone. 6/5 stars for me and my team. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Nick went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot our proof email deliverability. He walked us through the process of updating our DNS so that our proof notification emails sent via our custom "from address" would pass SPF/DKIM and DMARC and not be missed in our customer spam folders.

We are just a few days into the app, and so far the service has been simply incredible. Nick is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and setting up the app to exactly what we need. This app is super intuitive and exactly what I needed. Their developer, Alex, is extremely helpful through their live chat feature and has helped me customize the widget and email notifications. He's really prompt when you need help, I cant recommend this app and their customer service enough.
