Proofer Proof Management

Proofer is an amazing app and has allowed us to grow our store massively, however what really separates proofer is the support. Nick has implemented endless changes for me to integrate with our store and processes, usually within a few hours, nothing has ever been refused - it's like having a developer working with us which we're incredibly grateful for. We were initially doing previews over e-mail which got lost and messy very quickly. Proofer does everything you would expect and more, and has enabled us to grow our team to 3 artists who all find the app easy and intuitive to use. I can't recommend this app enough to anyone that uses proofs as part of their ordering process.

We use this app to manage all the proofs for our custom orders - 20+ per day. It works excellently, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who needs to submit order designs for customer approval. I just returned to this page to leave a review for the BEST Shopify app that I have ever used, and realized I already left the above 5 star review 5 years ago! Would give it 500 stars if I could. If you thought customer service was dead in 2026 you have never used this app!! Incredibly responsive and helpful. Constantly improving their product. And I'm sure I'll be back in 2030 to update this!

Incredible app and incredible customer service. If you need to send customers proofs, this app works seamlessly with your orders, allows you to send files directly to customers. I've noticed an increase in the speed of which customers approve proofs also with emails not getting lost in junk and spam which I was struggling with before. I can see what needs to be printed, what needs proofing - the support has been almost instant and helpful every time I've asked for support - after 8 years of struggling to keep on top of proof management - this app is an excellent find! Thank you so much!

This is an absolutely incredible app for any store that sells custom artworks. The ability to set up email flows and manage proofs all in one place is a lifesaver. Amazing customer support. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer support! Only a small percentage of my total store orders require sending proofs. I used the customer support chat box to message support about only paying for a plan based on how many proofs I send out - not how many total orders my store gets. Within seconds Nick (customer support rep) began working on creating filters to only send certain orders into the dashboard, and changing my plan so that it only counts these specific orders (not my total store orders). 10/10 would recommend if you are doing any type of custom orders & designs for your customers. Did I mention it is VERY EASY to use and is a much better user experience for your customers?? It also brings customers to your site to review their mock-ups. Stop emailing customers your proofs and manage the process through this app.

I have never reviewed an app on Shopify and we have used many. This app is amazing & support is fast and helpful. Prior to using Proofer we were sending emails for every proof and many of them were getting lost in inboxes. This app has saved us more time than any other app. Highly highly recommend.

BRILLIANT app which is going to save me heaps of time across my two stores. If you make custom products and send your customers proofs you need this app. All the emails around the proofing process moves from your inbox to your shopify dashboard which saves me sooo much time. This app is great for any business that personalises products with customer image uploads. Super easy to use and is also FREE. The team are also super helpful should you need anything and respond quickly. What is nice about the app is that it presents a more professional approach rather than just an email from your store.
