This is an absolutely incredible app for any store that sells custom artworks. The ability to set up email flows and manage proofs all in one place is a lifesaver. Amazing customer support. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer support! Only a small percentage of my total store orders require sending proofs. I used the customer support chat box to message support about only paying for a plan based on how many proofs I send out - not how many total orders my store gets. Within seconds Nick (customer support rep) began working on creating filters to only send certain orders into the dashboard, and changing my plan so that it only counts these specific orders (not my total store orders). 10/10 would recommend if you are doing any type of custom orders & designs for your customers. Did I mention it is VERY EASY to use and is a much better user experience for your customers?? It also brings customers to your site to review their mock-ups. Stop emailing customers your proofs and manage the process through this app.

I have never reviewed an app on Shopify and we have used many. This app is amazing & support is fast and helpful. Prior to using Proofer we were sending emails for every proof and many of them were getting lost in inboxes. This app has saved us more time than any other app. Highly highly recommend.

Nick at Shop Fox has consistently and reliably gone above and beyond to not only provide great support but tailor the product to my needs. Nothing has been too much work or too much effort and the app itself is perfect for our specific use case now. I have truly never had such a good experience from any company, let alone a software developer. Thank you for creating a great app to begin with but more-over tailoring it to specifically work for our requirements.

BRILLIANT app which is going to save me heaps of time across my two stores. If you make custom products and send your customers proofs you need this app. All the emails around the proofing process moves from your inbox to your shopify dashboard which saves me sooo much time. Nick the developer is amazing nothing is too much trouble, super helpful and responsive. Have been looking for an app like this for years and this ticks all the boxes. Thanks again.

This app is great for any business that personalises products with customer image uploads. Super easy to use and is also FREE. The team are also super helpful should you need anything and respond quickly. What is nice about the app is that it presents a more professional approach rather than just an email from your store.

This app has made our whole design process much more streamlined! Instead of flipping back and forth between Email and Shopify, everything can be found in one place. The interface is very user-friendly and the messages that our customers receive look very polished and professional. As an added bonus, the app makes our order history much easier to understand and track-down for customer service inquiries. All around, a wonderful addition to our Shopify experience.
