I made the change over to PMO and instantly noticed customers feeling more secure with their purchase. With the other shipment protection apps out there, PMO seems to be the only one that the merchant is entitled to a portion of the revenue as well. Instant increase in aov and a super simple setup.

Came across this app through Shopify App Store Research Panel - Was pleasantly surprised by finding an app that solved our issue of securing customer deliveries. This app has been such an amazing addition to our website, it helps out customers feel more secure, particularly our large international customer base, and has also allowed increased our revenue so we can easily solve issues when they arise. Particularly for us, as we are a retailer not a manufacturer, it means we don't need to wait on our brands permission/ support to replace faulty items. It also means we do not have to wait on postal carriers getting back to us when parcels go missing which can be really tedious. I would highly recommend this to all online stores, it's a great feature.

We instantly started using Protect My Order and made the change from a company similar to Route, where they just take your money and don't protect the money. INCREASED AOV overnight by $.80 The merchant should always be entitled to a majority of the money on the protection. Easy set up ~ sub 5 minutes. I don't usually make reviews, but highly recommend.

We have been dealing with a couple of shipping protection companies, we ended up filing claims for our customers and doing research before asking our customers to reach out to the company. With ProtectMyOrder we are able to keep the revenue for the work we are already doing, we do not have to discuss and rely on somebody else to decide if to accept or deny a claim. The dev teams worked quickly to have the gadget up.

Extremely good app to help increase margins. The team were excellent at getting everything setup for us (as our theme didn't work out the box). Idries and the team resolved everything perfectly and we've been seeing a nice increase in revenue, as well as zero complaints from customers about the app. I was sceptical at first but the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

This app is great as it is so easy to install and the short video instruction is also very useful. We had the first order soon after we started using this app. It was like a magic! we just installed! Nothing else we did. As we are a small business, we appreciate any extra income. Plus, we rarely have a problem with delivery. Most of apps help to increase your income but this app can generate income directly, I feel. Also, it is good for customers. It has been a real pleasure to work with Mule. Their customer service never let me down. Many thanks!
