Absolutely impressed. I'd been seeing weird spikes in my analytics for a while and it didn't feel right. Got Protos to figure out what was going on and it confirmed exactly what I suspected. As a business owner it's stressful not knowing what's hitting your site. But within a day of installing Protos I got real help and clear answers. Support was responsive and actually cared.
