Prova: Photo & Video Reviews is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to collect photo and video reviews from customers automatically. The app sends branded emails to customers after order fulfillment, prompting them to submit their review in 30 seconds, including a photo, rating, and text from their phone.
