Fantastic WMS with support always super responsive from the team. Vadim did our on boarding and even though that was over a year ago, he is still in touch at points to offer support and keep us in the loop about Pulpo enhancements. We tried a few WMS options but Pulpo was the answer

The shopify integration works fantastic, and our warehouse team likes it. Orders go out faster, and we have less errors with orders. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable Shopify wms system.

We needed to connect several Shopify stores to a single warehouse, even though we are not a 3PL company. The team at Pulpo WMS was very helpful in finding an optimal solution for our multi-company context. For e-commerce businesses operating multiple channels or stores, this is a great option. Not much of an expert but for shopify merchants establishing a new warehouse, I believe this warehouse management software is an excellent alternative. Due to our expansion, we transitioned from an external fulfillment service to managing our own warehouse for the first time. The Warehouse Wizard, which helps with layout configuration, significantly helped us in the initial setup and labeling of bins and shelf positions. Additionally, the PULPO WMS team was helpful in clarifying many aspects of the process. Overall, I highly recommend it for first-time warehouse operator

Pros: Professional and friendly support and ease of use. Cons: Our parent company user AS/400 and this is not so easy to integrate

Our previous WMS increased its prices, so we started looking for alternatives with more suitable pricing for the current market situation, which led us to this Pulpo Wms. The setup was definitely faster than our previous tool. There are some features we had previously that we don't have now in terms of task interleaving. Please address this.

We’re on Shopify, and the pulpo warehouse app has been a lifesaver for our team. Specially in busy moments. The shopify integration works quite well, and our warehouse team likes it. Orders go out faster, and we have less stockout etc Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable Shopify wms system. Sometimes we have slow internet and it's great that this work well with mobile data and has an actual app. We had performance issues with browser based tools in the past.

We were having inventory issues until we found PULPO WMS. I didn’t know a Shopify WMS integration could make this much of a difference. Orders are way easier to track, and no more mistakes with stock counts. Best WMS for Shopify if you’re tired of handling everything manually.

Thanks to the pulpo team for the quick onboarding. We’ve got a ton of different products in our warehouse, and keeping track of all the stock used to be very difficult. Since we started using this WMS for shopify, things have gotten a lot easier. We have tried several alternatives to improve our e-commerce inventory management but in terms of shopify warehouse management this tool has the best cost-benefit in my opinion. I like the automated replenishment and multi-order picking. Saves me a lot of time. One constructive feedback though is that more direct integrations to some niche marketplaces would be useful.

Thomas, Johannes, and the rest of the team have been amazing to work with- before fully "launching" we had several meetings to ensure understanding of the program, what my needs were, and how best to utilize PULPO for efficiency and record-keeping. There are constantly updates (read more as "upgrades") to the service that are communicated promptly, and they are always open to feature requests to add to the development map! PULPO has definitely saved me many headaches about keeping track of inventory for my online store, POS sales, and more! As our business and inventory grow, PULPO allows for increased efficiency in receiving, pulling, and packing orders through every step of the fulfillment process - highly recommended, even for small businesses!

We use PULPO WMS to manage our functional cosmetics warehouse. We can keep track of lot numbers which is mandatory in our market. The app was easy to learn how to use for our staff. The setup was straight forward and the support has been good so far. We definitely increased productivity in order processing. Control of stocks improved a lot. The FEFO, first expiration, first out rule is great. They could improve by having the app in Portuguese too. I feel that that is missing.
