Punchy is what we have been looking for. Easy to set up, easy to understand by our customers. Also, the team is responsive and open to the improvements to the UI that we've suggested. Definitely recommend.

We chose Punchy because it's intuitive and the customers already know how punch-cards work. Configuring it for our products was straightforward and it started punching products immediately. And within a week we started receiving feedback from our customers about it, which shows they got engaged and the loyalty program is working. Overall a useful app.

This app is great! It helps us keep track of our club purchases. It did have some limitations in the beginning that were standing in our way with how we run the store. However, I reached out for support, and the service and timeliness of the help received were amazing. Within a week or two, they addressed the issues and added the functionality that was needed. I would recommend this app over and over again.

We requested a certain template that wasn’t available, within days the developer added the custom template! Fantastic App, amazing customer service. Highly recommend Punchy! Great subscription cost! A great application companion to join our journey!

Used the free version to encourage my clients to come back for repeat services. The app never worked well and isn't user friendly. Now it says error every time I check the status of punch cards. I've uninstalled it.
