I give them a very decent review. Incredibly responsive. Paul answers the phone himself for heaven sakes on most of my calls, and if not, returns my call within the hour most days. Very easy to work with, bright, considerate, intuitive, and I genuinely like him. He trouble-shot and resolved some issues on Purolator's end via his contacts with Purolator in our instance, which was pretty cool. Note that he also trained us to keep up with adding weights of new products in this app in order to ensure Purolator Rates populated on shopify. The app has been a life saver, and the developer, Paul, is 5 Star.
