They do not lie when they say the customer service is top notch. It is excellent! I bought a block and needed a bit of customisation to visually make the block what I would like and to integrate it with the rest of my theme aesthetically. I emailed support and spoke to Rio who responded within an hour. Rio customised the block to my liking and within half a day the block looked exactly how I imagined it. I was even given really simple instructions on how to duplicate and adapt the changes to my liking when I want to add the block do a different theme. Massive fan of this app, thank you so much for the help!

After quite a bit of research, I decided to try Puco and was amazed by the customer service, especially from Rio. He really understood what I needed and was quick to help. It's hard to find this kind of personal attention and responsiveness. I needed a video gallery that would allow me to show our projects on one page but also let a customer see a larger view of the video and his templates provided that! I highly recommend this app, especially for anyone in the art or design space.

I had some issues and the support team responded not even 5 minutes later and everything was fixed. Doesn't slow down my website at all, but looks good!

The Puco approach is unique from what I've been able to find, for "landing page editors". It integrates seamlessly into your existing theme editor and adds new sections capabilities that inherit settings from the global space - meaning you only have to make global changes in one spot and don't have to switch between content editors. Everyone else "bolts on" their editor so that you can create and modify pages using their tool, but they'll always be separate from your existing theme editor. The Puco approach gives you a single place to manage all your theme content. Very intuitive and easy to use!

One of the best sections app for customization. What best is you have to pay once for the sections you want to install or you can also opt for monthly subscription and use any section if you require.

By using the Puco Sections app I have been able to brake free from restrictions that I'm usually only able to bypass by using custom code. Love that this app does not require a monthly subscription but instead is a one-time payment per section! The selection is pretty extensive for sections and add-ons, and it's really taken my site to the next level. Customer service has been amazing and communication fast. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to add more customized sections to their store front!
