Easy to set up - within 5 minutes what I needed was sorted. Only just set up now so we will see how it performs over this next month!

THIS IS IMPORTANT IF YOU NEED PHONE NUMBERS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES This app gives you the option to ask for either the customer's email or phone number and while you are creating the pop up for example, you have the option to active "Sync with Shopify customers" BUT this only works for emails, not phone numbers (although they give you the option to). This is a big issue for me right now because I already have +500 phone numbers that I need to automatically connect with another app but I just can't because it's impossible. Already talked with support and they just don't support that, but it's a HUGE PROBLEM since they do give you the option to ask for the phone numbers and sync them. Why would you offer something you can't provide?
We sincerely apologize for the bad experience with our app. After reviewing your feedback carefully, we realize that this is our big mistake with this feature. We're working on it, and hopefully, it will be released soon. Once again, we truly apologize for this inconvenience.
