Highly Unprofessional and Unreliable Supplier Working with this POD supplier has been an extremely disappointing experience. Every single time we placed a sample order, the product arrived damaged, stained with ink marks, or with poor-quality prints. Despite repeatedly flagging these issues, there was zero improvement. It’s unacceptable for a supplier that charges premium rates for branding services like hangtags to deliver such substandard quality. The hangtags we received were not only poorly designed and cheaply made—they were also improperly cut and unusable for any serious brand. Multiple complaints were raised, yet they continued to send out faulty products and damaged hangtags—not just to us, but to our actual customers. That’s not just bad service—it’s brand sabotage. Their negligence has led to a direct impact on our brand's reputation, and at this point, it’s clear there is no intention to take quality control seriously. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable from a supplier claiming to serve premium brands.

We have been using Qikink for some time now. The product and the printing quality are very good, also support is responsive.But at times delivery timelines are longer, which occasionally troubles customers. Overall, Qikink is a valuable partner for our brand.They should do direct logistics integration than relying on shiprocket.

I've had a great experience with Qikink . The product quality is good, and the prints come out really well. The pricing is fair, making it a good option for anyone looking for a reliable POD service. We have been using Qikink for around 4 months now and its an amazing app backed by a great team that always delivers. We are delighted with the quality of their products, timely deliveries and most important, strong support whenever needed. Qikink is highly recommended as a fulfillment partner for POD business. A big shout out to the team at Qikink.

Horrible B2B business partner! Firstly, their product quality is very bad. After a couple washes, the tshirt neckline started to stretch out. Secondly, their print quality is even worse. They do not check before sending the products across to customers. I have had 10-15 compliants from customers, all due to poor QC. They do not check for mistakes and errors and send across bad-quality products to their customers. They send across damaged products and do not take responsibility for it. I as a brand have been waiting for 2 weeks for a valid response, and they have not been owning up to their mistakes and instead have blamed the courier partner for a printing error. If you need pictures and proof, I have it all. Qikink cannot be trusted as their brand partner as their way of conducting business is highly unethical and unreliable. They send across damaged goods, which will ruin your reputation as a brand. They are very expensive too for a printing service. Please do not trust this company to serve your customers, as they are extremely poor and untrustworthy.
