Totomo Store review for Qikink Print on Demand
Mixed experience!!! Good POD platform, but needs major improvements in consistency and reliability. Product quality and service can be strong, but recurring issues make it unreliable for scaling businesses. # Product quality: Generally good, but we’ve received incorrect products with lower GSM. Even with clear proof, issues are not always acknowledged or resolved properly, which impacts brand consistency. # Stock availability: Frequent stock-outs and unreliable restock dates make planning difficult. Many listed restocks simply don’t happen as scheduled. # Mockups: Poor quality, especially for mugs and tumblers, and not suitable for professional storefronts. Despite repeated feedback, there has been little to no improvement. # Customer support: Response times are fast, especially after becoming an Elite Store, and there has been some improvement. However, responses are often generic and don’t always lead to real resolution. # Courier services: One of the biggest issues. Limited options (mainly Delhivery and Blue Dart) with frequent delivery failures, incorrect “not available” statuses, and unattempted pickups. This leads to unnecessary RTOs and repeated shipping charges, which is unfair. There should be a clear system to reverse charges when couriers fail to attempt delivery. # Product range & fit (important concern): The product range is still heavily focused on men, whereas many stores are primarily focused on women’s wear. The current offerings do not always translate well into proper women-friendly fits. For example, unisex oversized T-shirts are extremely baggy and do not suit women’s body shapes or expected fit standards. There is a clear need to improve sizing and garment fitting for women-focused brands. We have tried approaching Qikink several times to develop a more women body–friendly oversized T-shirt fit, but have not received any genuine response or solution. # Additional need: Express shipping options (2–3 day delivery with extra charges) would be a valuable upgrade. # Overall: Qikink is a solid POD platform with potential, and support has improved after becoming an Elite Store. However, it still needs serious improvements in product consistency, stock accuracy, mockup quality, support resolution, courier reliability, and women-focused product fit and sizing. # Good platform, but not yet consistently reliable for end-to-end fulfilment.
