Faultline Apparel review for Qikink Print on Demand

I'd like to give anyone looking a detailed view: 1. Product and print quality is fine (that's all the 2 stars are for). 2. Until May 2026, products dispatched within 1-3 days of order, which is acceptable if not great. June onwards, however, every order takes 5-6 days. Our median dispatch time from order to dispatch has been 5.7 days in this 2 month period. Add another 5-7 days for delivery. This means customers get orders 10-14 days later and half of it is just dispatch lead time! Ridiculous. Have been hearing about "machinery issue" for 2 months now. T-shirt printing machinery is not that complicated. 3. Support is horrendous (even after become their top tier customer where they allot dedicated customer rep). A dedicated customer rep doesn't help if they are not empowered and untrained at their job. And no matter how many issues and problems occur, they refuse to get on a phone call with you or explain the situation. There is literally no way to call them and have a conversation. Even the lowest level of support won't answer a phone call. 4. Quality control is essentially non-existent. We've had 3-product orders ship with only one tee in it. When asked to correct it, they shipped one more. Still missing a third. That's the level of ridiculousness they operate at. My staff faces a hundred such issues. 5. One expects a bit of professionalism in a B2B business. A respect for fellow businesses. What do they do? Increase prices by 20-30 rs every couple of months. In the 1.5 years we've been operating, prices are up about ~30%. Not even a notification. Constant silent changes to economics on the backend. 6. Horrendous logistics management. Won't do NDR. Fake non-delivery and such very common. High logistics rate. Use them for trying new designs out. However, a service this unprofessional and bad at what they do is not appropriate to scale with.
