Being Animal review for Qikink Print on Demand

Overall I would say that Qikink Shopify App works smoothly. Below is my detailed feedback 1. The production process is very good. 2. Quality of the products has been appreciated by our customers. 3. Timeline to print and ship is decent but can be improved for AOP products 4. Dashboard and web interface is easy to use. In some cases I took time to understand with trial and error but once you get a hang of it, the process is smooth 5. Some areas in the dashboard can be improved, like the reporting, accounting reports can be better. 6. Main area of my concern was support, till recently it was only email support which was tedious, when a customer is waiting for an answer, email only support is never enough. However they have recently introduced live chat and dedicated phone number. Hope this will improve the response time. 7. Another and the biggest issue is the courier issues. Many times the courier companies claim that they cannot deliver due to consignee unavailable but its a fraud, they simply mark as delivery attempted and return the parcel to origin. Although Qikink are not directly responsible for it, my main concern was email only support. I cannot talk or escalate this to anyone urgently, resulting in RTOs. Hopefully with the new phone and chat support, things will improve
