Qonoro Shipping Triage is a Shopify App designed to detect shipping issues and automatically email customers about any delays or problems with their orders. It monitors tracking information for every fulfilled order across 1,500+ carriers, identifying issues such as stalled packages, failed deliveries, customs holds, returns, and incorrect addresses. The app generates accurate customer update emails based on real tracking data, allowing merchants to approve them on a dashboard or set them to auto-send. Templates can be customized for different types of incidents in English or Spanish, enabling merchants to proactively communicate with customers.
