Unresolved tax support loop & repeated delays – Needs Management Attention Signed up in August 2025 specifically for Canada BC PST tax filing. After nearly 3 months of back-and-forth, plan upgrades, and setting up multiple portals, our overdue return is still unfiled. Case management is extremely fragmented—support reps repeatedly ask for documents/info already provided weeks ago. Even after requesting management escalation, the same support reps replied asking for details that were already resolved. Requesting senior management oversight immediately to resolve our filing.
It doesn't offer enough for the cost of $49 per month especially if you are only a small business. It doesn't pay the taxes on your behalf as an included feature so I don't see a need for this app. Shopify already collects taxes and put it to the side to pay taxes.
The integration with Shopify was very easy and the staff very helpful.
Integration with Shopify is so easy, and the staff have really helped when I needed customizations to follow tax codes properly. If you're looking for an easy way to automate invoice creation look no further.
