Excellent support and customer service. This is the first app that we found that gave us the flexibility we required. We were in the middle of updating our theme and ran into some app installation problems. SolverCircle immediately solved the problem and even developed new code for an added feature in our complex theme complete in less than 24 hours.

Found this app to be very user friendly, both in installation and ease of use. Integrated into my store with no issues and even had it customised to my request to add a feature by their very responsive and helpful support. A feature I quite liked was being able to have a Minimum Order Qty feature as well as the price break discount feature, which is very suited to my industry and website to function.

UPDATE*** They contacted me very quickly and fixed the issues. The reason it isn't 5 stars is a) turning parts of it on/off needs to be done in the code and not a checkbox to torn on/off and b) a little difficult to understand the settings and some complications in using the collections Issues: 1) Does not work period. a) not showing the graph on the product page and b) not showing the discount in the cart or at checkout. 2) Customer Support -- the only way to reach them is via ticket. I had to create a account with their ticketing software and when I tried to make a ticket discovered that this APP isn't listed as 1 of their apps. I had to tell them I am using a different app. After creating the ticket, I received an automatic email asking for my shopify admin username and password and that I befriend someone named Mahmud on facebook. I would normally wait for a response before giving a bad review. I will update IF the issues are resolved in a timely fashion. The reason I didn't wait is because their ticket system doesn't support this product of theirs.

AMAZING AND RAPID CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were in the middle of switching themes while developing our website and ran into some app installation problems. SolverCircle immediately began working on the problem and had new code for our complex theme in less than a day. They also helped with grid sizing tweaks after the problem was solved. Incredible service and product for an affordable price. 11/10 would recommend.

Very easy to configure with lots of different options. The support team is really quick and efficient with helping out with any questions or issues. They also did some custom developing with the app for us that works perfectly.

Uninstalled. Zero stars more accurate. Short version: Basically doesn't work at all and removes all the product thumbnails. All of them. If you try this app, make a copy of your theme first. Even after uninstalling, thumbnails didn't show up. Had to go back to copy that thankfully I had made of my theme before installing. Details: Once I added a group, all product thumbnails disappeared, the discount display box did not appear for any products in the group and the amount was not deducted in the shopping cart. The only effect of this app was to remove the thumbnails and put up a banner to say how much was saved even though that wasn't shown in the cart. Not worth the hassle of reporting this. Why can't apps work, especially when they're not free??? Also, when adding products to a group, the box to choose variants did not show up when the name of the product was too long. I worked around this by removing the products where this was the case, adding them back, and clicking on the variants when the products were at the bottom of the list, but this is lame.

Great App! Very easy to install and set up different tiered pricing groups. The options are perfect for setting up different groups based on price or percentage. The support team has been GREAT! Very helpful, accommodating and quick to make adjustments.

I tried it, but it's too complicate to set up. Minimum quanitity is not working, checkout loading is too slow from the cart. Also I had another app acting in the cart page and this one went on a conflict with it.. I think it would require too much work and communication with the dev to get to the final good result, since the beginning of the adventure is too far from a good final result. For my experience it makes sense to start a cooperative work with devs when the app is already "almost perfect" by itself. Otherwise make no sense and , in my opinion, it make no sense to call it "app". It should be call "expert support" to get to your target. An "app" should be ready to go with exceptionally something to adjust. Something "ready to go" and a lot of things to adjust is the opposite of an app

I have been looking for an app that can combine discount code with the quantity discount for a very long time. There were few apps on the market that they claimed they can do the job but they weren't. I am very happy that I have finally found this app, there was a fee to modify the app to my needs but it worths the pay. Communication was good and this is very important when you need help. So don't waste your time using other app. 5 stars for the team of SolverCircle!

Absolutely Fantastic App with second to none customer service. I got this app to replace the Bold Quantity Break App as I was nhaving issues with it. This app solved all the problems I was facing and the customer service I received was second to none. The excellent support staff made customisation upon customisation for me so that I got the look and feel of the app just right on my store.
