Well I am currently using a free plan but when I met with a problem using this banner with my current theme I still got a good support from the designer. Worthy of 5 stars.

Great and easy to use! Only complaint is that I wish the free version had numerous bars I could utilize at the same time. But hey- IT'S FREE!
