As a small family business, being to able to clearly announce to customers that we are taking a week off for vacation, or any other "out of the norm" situation is very important. This app lets us clearly communicate with customers as soon as they come to our site about any possible delays. Customers appreciate the instant communication, and enjoy when we do take a break, because we give an awesome coupon code to use while we are closed ; )

This app is extremely easy to use. Everything is clearly labeled, making it a breeze to follow along. That being said, if you need a little extra assistance on custom work, their Customer Service Support is always readily available, and beyond helpful as well.

5 star for awesome support. cons with the app: issues are there with Responsive theme by out of the sandbox as this theme has top bar functionality. After contacting support, it was fixed. Thanks.

Absolutely Love this App. It's a must have. Very simple to use and highly effective.

This is a must have to add to your store. Its very easy to learn to use (literally 2 min) and the bar can be changed very easy and quick should you need to update the message. Lots of fonts and colors to select from for customization. Would recommend to anyone opening a shop and I am adding some of their other items.:)
