QAB is a great little add-on with a good amount of functionality for the free version. We did have a couple issues getting the bar working with our theme, but their support responded on a weekend within just a couple of hours and we have it working. I can easily see paying for the paid version and that functionality as we grow.

Great Product-BUT Banner Blocks the top of you page in the mobile version. So beware to test it in both version before just adding it.

As a small family business, being to able to clearly announce to customers that we are taking a week off for vacation, or any other "out of the norm" situation is very important. This app lets us clearly communicate with customers as soon as they come to our site about any possible delays. Customers appreciate the instant communication, and enjoy when we do take a break, because we give an awesome coupon code to use while we are closed ; )
