Just installed the app and am in the process of selectively syncing just the products I need. Arianne has been great, very helpful and knowledgable. Troubleshooting has been very smooth so far.

Was having trouble syncing and I got help quickly from customer service. And the help was from an actual human who was very helpful and got all my settings handled and my products syncing. Lovely.

Great tool and offers even better customer service by Joseph. Sometimes, it takes work to find someone online due to the time difference. But once you do, they are always willing to help and knowledgeable enough to do things

The sync is very quick, couldn't be happier. Shout out to Omar who made himself available during the set up and followed through until we were happy with the service.

I been having issues connecting store locations from Square to Shopify, this really helped me a lot, especially Joseph is really helpful he introduced me with the system and gives me a very clear explanations of how it works and what I needed.

The software started out amazing. The first two people I worked with in customer service 5 stars no doubt. The 3rd representative I had did not listen to me at all. She started to un-sync the products to start fixing it in the middle of the day taking down my inventory system from Square which is what I run in my storefront. It took over 12 hours. (Yay, now we get to re-inventory everything and can't get a manager to communicate with me.) The 4th representative started re-syncing my items. The 1st and 2nd representatives had my thousands of items synced in less than 30 minutes. I'm over 3 hours in and less than 300 products are synced. I've requested a supervisor to speak with me multiple times with no success. Truly disappointed with the level of disregard for taking down someone's store inventory down without permission.

Simply the best Shopify x Square inventory syncing solution we've found! Most importantly though, truly helpful and professional customer service to assist with onboarding and questions. 5 stars to both Khaled and Gasser for their assistance and patience with our many questions. Khaled spent the better part of a Saturday on chat with me, answering questions and setting us up for success. If you're looking to sync Square inventory with your Shopify site, this is the app! They also have several different versions of this app for other syncing integrations. Highly recommend.

I spoke with Normie and she was an absolute god-send. She helped me set up the process from start to finish and was so patient with my million questions I had. This was way simpler than I expected, but I also TRULY relied on Omar's support for each step. He was courteous, extremely knowledgable and answered every single one of my questions. I am grateful for the hand-holding, as there is so much to know in starting up a very small business. Thank you!

I recently added QuickSync on my Shopify platform, as I still use Square for my physical shop, but the website has been moved from Square to Shopify, so a sync between the two platforms was a key feature to add in order to keep inventory level right. I needed help setting up my QuickSync, as there wasn't a perfect match between the products lists on the two platforms and Khaled did an amazing job helping me navigate on this matter. He was helpful and very professional. He's also carrying out some work on the background to make sure that the Shopify & Square products list match perfectly at the end of the process, deleting any duplicated products, so I've very very happy! Thank you, Khaled!
