We wanted to sync our shopify store with our square to make payments easy for in store customers. This app was easy to install and set up, everything synced in no time. Super friendly service from Joseph on live chat - would highly recommend!

Being new to the process I must say the support I received was great. I was unable to sync my Shop and was ready to just walk away. Customer service not only synced my account for me they were able to tell me why I wasn't successful in doing so myself.

Omar from customer support was amazing! I was having some technical issues with the Square Integration - QuickSync app, and Omar stepped in to help with everything. He was super knowledgeable and patient, walking me through the setup and addressing every question I had. The app itself is fantastic; it syncs my Square products and orders seamlessly with Shopify, which saves me so much time and hassle. Inventory syncing, product updates, and order management are all handled flawlessly in real time, and the multi-location support is a huge plus. Superb customer service. Joseph was so incredibly helpful. He did the whole sync for me and answered all of my questions. It couldn't have been more seamless. I've been trying to find an effective app to syn my brick and mortar store to a website for almost a year, working with a developer, it was a nightmare. Joseph and Quick sync performed the task very quickly. I am so happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

I was unsure about paying an additional fee to sync Square and Shopify but this is so easy! Customer service popped up in the chat and completed all the work for me. Joseph was friendly and helpful and now I feel confident both my physical and ecommerce stores will work in harmony.

I was having a terrible time getting my products to sync but Kahled came over chat and was absolutly wonderful. He was patient with me and work through what I needed to do. I could not ffigure it out so he graciously helped and did it for me !! Great ustomer service

Boy I tell you Elhassan is amazing , this gentleman knows what he is doing and his patience is unbelievable. I was so green to so much and he made my frustrations go away and made me feel at ease. His knowledge and skills are remarkable and his help was amazing. I woke up feeling so good knowing that someone like him could make this all feel and seem easy and made me very comfortable. I just started the trial due to needing to use square at events but not wanting to have a headache with inventory management with my Shopify store. while trying to import my products I was running into a small hiccup with one item and before I could even get frustrated ( which is super easy for me to do with technology) Normie with the customer service team popped uo in a live chat to see if I needed help! what kind of next level amazing customer service is this!!! and they were actually able to solve the problem and get the products synced up I didn't have to jump through hoops trying to make things work at all! I was going to trail this app and see if it was a good fit but after just tonight im so glad I chose this one and plan to keep it. everything is already synced up and all my register systems are all working perfect with the correct products and inventory. So far the customer service is such a huge win in pretty confident the use of this ap will be too. Can't wait to let this make my life a little easier not having to completely redo inventory after every event!
