We've had great customer support with the Bridge app. Initially, we were looking for a way to sync the Shopify sales with QB. That worked, and as we experienced issues where we needed to make changes but were unsure how, their customer support offered solutions and very easy to understand step-by-step instructions to answer our questions and resolve our issues. Overnight response every time. Wonderful!

We really appreciate the excellent support we recently received from your team. We find the app very useful and the integrations easy to manage. Recently, we encountered an issue with the re-sync of orders, and the QB Bridge support team was instrumental in resolving it. This app is amazing! We had been looking for a 3rd party integration for a long time and this one ticks all the boxes and at a reasonable monthly cost. Customer support is amazing!
