No support from the app developers after months of request. Left on my own now, with no information syncing to my QBDT. I have begged for help.

When QuickBooks discontinued their POS they recommended Shopify as they had created this app to connect the two... as others have stated we have had nothing but trouble. It took about a year to get everything resolved and now we are having the same syncing issues we had last year and the app developers seem to have dropped off the face of the earth and Shopify seems to have washed their hands of it...

We used their team to assist in our migration from QuickBooks POS to Shopify POS. Ruchika walked us through all of the steps of the process on our end, and they took care of the rest. She was thorough and very helpful. The process went smoothly for the most part. I do suggest that you communicate clearly with the team on the data field mappings, such as barcode, upc, categories, etc.
