This app has genuinely simplified our entire returns and exchange process. What used to be a manual back-and-forth over email and WhatsApp is now fully self-serve for our customers they raise a request, pick exchange or refund, and the whole thing moves without our team chasing every step. The setup was straightforward and didn't need heavy dev support, which mattered a lot given our bandwidth. Customer support has also been quick whenever we've had questions. For a D2C brand running high order volumes, this app has saved us real time and reduced the friction customers used to feel when something needed to go back.
