Literally replied to my questions (before signing up!) within a few minutes and guided me through everything step by step in such great detail. It's 10pm here in the UK and to get support so quickly and efficiently is amazing. Joseph, you are a credit to the QuickSync team and I really appreciate all of your assistance.
