Great app overall! We weren't sure what to expect when connecting our store to the Etsy marketplace, as technology and connecting things on a big scale can be prone to problems with the on-set, but once things got up and running, it has been very helpful in not having to manually keep track of inventory on both shops. We did run into some glitches at first when it came to getting inventory to sync correctly, as we weren't doing a full 1-to-1 match from our Shopify to Etsy store, but only select products. However, the customer service team overall was fantastic through the process. Joseph helped answer a few questions at the on-set when we first installed, and the majority of the help I later received when going through the bigger issues was from Thea (thank you both very much for helping us fix the initial problems and getting us off the ground). I would say 5 stars for customer service, but can't quite give 5-stars for the app though because I do notice some odd inventory quantity glitches that happen here and there when manually updating from the Etsy side, so unfortunately I need to pay attention to that here and there. I also wish we didn't have to re-sync products that sell out on Etsy, and then replenish, but I do understand that some automatic functionalities might be limited due to shop platform functionalities. That being said, a pretty solid solution for what we're doing at the moment. Thanks for the help, team!
