Joseph opened a chat with me to better guide me through process, very transparent and gave me all the options and limitations of what I wanted to do. Ultimately it was not what I was after however the Q&A was outstanding and could no fault it. What we need is being built and I look forward to when that is ready.

This app makes syncing between your Shopify store and eBay store extremely easy to set up and then works automatically without you needed to manually sync. Joseph was extremely helpful to me with any questions I had or small changes I wanted to make. He was also available to help me immediately when I logged in and was focused on my issue with quick and professional responses and solutions. Highly recommended!

Excellent service

The support team, especially Jason and ElHassan, was incredibly helpful and professional! They assisted me greatly in transferring all my listings from eBay to Shopify. I'm still getting to know the app and testing its features. So far, everything looks great. I'm really pleased that everything synced smoothly without affecting my eBay store. This was a very easy setup and Joseph was amazing with helping. His follow up is on point. I am very impressed with this company, right from the get go you have a live person to make sure you are set up correctly. The set up is less than 5 minutes, took me a while because I was juggling in store sales and zoom calls and Joseph stayed with me every step.

I am new to E-commerce and I was not sure about using this app but once I meant my customer service rep, Joseph, he changed my mind, This was a very pleasant experience and it was very easy, thanks to Joseph, his instructions was precise, he is very knowledgeable of what was needed, connected my store with ease and he stayed with me through the entire process.
