THEY ARE NOT CHARGING ENOUGH FOR THIS SERVICE! I am thrilled with this add-on. I have been trying to synchronize our inventory counts between eBay, where we conduct most of our business, and our new Shopify store for weeks. I have tried three major competitors, but none have worked as well as this solution. While other options took hours for each import, this one was able to import and sync both sets of products in under an hour. Additionally, this solution allows you to choose which marketplace to sync your initial inventory levels from. Other options would always default to using Shopify inventory levels as the primary source, pushing them to eBay. Since we are a high-volume seller on eBay moving to Shopify, this meant I had to wait until the middle of the night when our sales volume was low to export our eBay inventory levels, import them into Shopify (which took an hour), and then resync them with the platforms we were trying to use (which took another hour). Despite all this effort, things still wouldn't work properly. This add-on has made the entire process much more efficient and effective. Omar was super helpful as well!

This is a great app and is perfect for my needs to sync Shopify with eBay. It was easy to set up and Joseph is great to deal with and super helpful.

Excellent setup support from Elhassan, app looks easy to use and uncomplicated. I only want to sync inventory and it was surprisingly hard to find an app that only did that and not orders/prices etc!

Very easy to use and customer support is incredibly helpful! I highly recommend using this app to sync eBay and shopify.

I work with several Shopify stores and therefore like to keep my apps and data separate. What bothers me here is that although you are logged in with one Shopify store, the app mixes it with the data of my other Shopify stores in the QuickSync app. This should be improved. The menu navigation could also be improved. However, since the app is free, 3 stars.

Finally, I found the app to sync with ebay without much complications and for free. Though the app is free, the support team helps to do the complete set up and answers all the questions. I highly recommend this app to sync the products and orders with ebay.

I originally started with the ETSY sync app and the customer services operator kindly pointed me in this direction too. I am new to both, so it's early days and so far, so good. I can certainly vouch for the representative who helped me (Joseph). He was very polite, had an excellent command of English and made the whole process seamless. He's a credit to QuickSync and they are headed in a very positive direction if all their reps are like Joseph!

I was new to this app and was stuck on how to sync my products to Ebay, to my pleasant surprise they have excellent customer service chat was available even super late at night, Adrianne the customer service rep provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was slow in responding as I was learning the tool at same time.
