I was having an issue to figure out how to get my import exports completed, and Omar popped up and asked if I would like help. I was hesitant at first due to I thought he was just another AI, but when I learned he was not I said yes please. he's was amazing got my inventory fixed for me. I have to say it is really nice having a live person assist and to know just when to assist.

I was so surprised to actually chat with a live person right off the bat! Joseph was incredibly helpful and well versed in the knowledge. Even though we had technical difficulties to begin, Joseph took control of resolving them for me. I am so thankful for his help and looking forward to using more of their products. Thank Joseph!

Still practising with this App, but so far looks great, and will make the crossover between Ebay & Shopify sales so much easier to keep track of. So far Ebay sales are syncing straight across to shopify as orders. Thank you to Thea for answering my questions within seconds!!! that's a speedy 5 star service, and for reassuring me that this app is totally FREE!

super fast and easy installation. the synch with ebay is so smooth. brilliant. but the best is the support. Omar is amazingly helpfull. great guy and great app

I experienced a glitch due to the combination of Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime, but Omar helped me understand the issue and came up with a temporary solution. I'd recommend the app for its ease of use and excellent support.
