Joseph seems to be the man. So far so good.

What impressed me most was how quickly he responded — questions were answered and issues were resolved almost immediately. I could not even get past the onboarding. The app was soooooo slow and it wouldn't even let me set up the initial settings. I will find something better, and I'm definitely not keeping it for $19/mo
