Joseph has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire QuickSync setup process. He’s been very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime an issue came up, he was quick to jump in with a solution and clearly explain next steps. His support has made a big difference for our operations, and I truly appreciate how easy he’s made this process for us. Highly recommend working with him!

Had a few issues, still in trial, will update review shortly. But kudos to Jayson, customer service is so far definitely available and helpful. Responses are good, and the BS support "ticket" created by staff who don't even know their own product is not the case here. Seem to know their stuff.

Had to drop a point because the tool randomly stopped syncing and I was not alerted. Because this is a new tool to me, I checked to see everything was syncing and it wasn't. Had to reach out to CS to make sure they fixed it. Update 2: stopped syncing again. Dropped another point. I shouldn't have to check on it to make sure its working properly. Update 3: this app randomly stops syncing with no warning. Do not recommend unless you plan on checking daily to make sure it is syncing
