Avoid this app if you're looking for a reliable sync between Shopify and WooCommerce. Unfortunately, choosing this app has been one of our biggest mistakes. We experience issues every single week, including major stock discrepancies between Shopify and WooCommerce, failed order synchronizations, and random errors that occur without any clear reason. These problems cost us many hours every week to investigate and resolve. Instead of saving time through automation, this app has created a significant amount of extra work and frustration for our team. Looking back, I genuinely wish we had chosen a different synchronization solution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this app to businesses that rely on accurate inventory and order synchronization. We're in the process of moving away from this solution, and hopefully we won't need this app for much longer.
QuickSync has been a great tool so far, and the support experience has been excellent. We had a few setup questions while syncing products from Shopify to WooCommerce, specifically around SKUs, stock, and pricing. Jayson was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear throughout the process. He quickly identified that our duplicate SKUs were causing sync issues, explained how QuickSync uses SKUs to match products between stores, and gave us practical options to fix the problem without making things more complicated. His support was friendly, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole troubleshooting process much easier. Big thanks to Jayson for the great assistance — especially as a new support agent. Really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend QuickSync’s support team.

Its good for syncing inventory across multiple platforms
Simple app that will be solving a big problem for us. Price is reasonable and support was VERY quick to respond when I made a mistake. Thanks Omar!
