The app is easy to use and the design is customisable to an extent too - which is great! The best part is how helpful and quick the Quinn team is in resolving any and every query, they are there to support, are hands on and have a quick turnaround time too! Which is super appreciated when you’re a lean team.

Working with Quinn for Neulife has been an amazing ride! The support team is super-helpful and the whole process is seamless. Just the app has a bit of. a learning curve, but otherwise a great product for shopp-able videos. Would recommend

Just onboarded with them for our new e-commerce clothing website, and overall they have been very helpful in setting up and executing this app on our webite. The entire onboarding process has been smooth, especially for someone who is using Shopify for the first time. The video app adds a touch of class to the website, and I would say is a must have for any product based website due to its focus on video content. The insta like look is pretty nice.

The app stopped working and I wasn't even informed, they charged me the money for 2 months.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. However, we were never intimated about this issue that you're facing even after having a WhatsApp group between the teams. Further, the payments are being processed through Shopify and once the paid plan is subscribed to, the billing would get charged automatically every month (similar to any other subscription product), unless the issue is being raised to us from your end. Please note that If you're facing any issue with our products or the dashboard, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.

While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

Buggy and not user-friendly.I have been using the app for the last 6 months.The userinterface sucks.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. Our team had connected with you to help resolve this issue as well. Kindly note that this is not an interface issue at Quinn's end. To provide more context; the 'Import' button which is visible on the dashboard wasn't clicked after uploading the video, hence the videos weren't getting uploaded as you expected and this was conveyed right after it was informed to us Please note that If you're facing any issue with our products or the dashboard, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.

The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with the App. But, please note that we were not informed about this issue, and the app was uninstalled before we could help resolve this. The basic UI customisations can be done on the dashboard itself, and the process for it is very straightforward. If you're facing any issue with our dashboard or the processes, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.

They personally help with all the setup and what we should do to improve our business, support team is amazing. we have seen a promising results and we are planning to include more videos in the landing page to increase conversion.
