This is the most accomplished courier company we have used of 12 years of retailing on a turnover of over 250,000 parcels , quiver absolutely understand the need of delivery in a busy world, and have exceeded our expectations many times over, response rates are through the roof and delivery of very fragile items are treated with an extremely high level of care and respect, we use a multitude of couriers, including, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, APC, Ervi and the service delivered by Quiver is night and day, if it was extended nationwide there would be no need for any other courier, Quiver has streamlined our processes with simple integrated booking and we are so glad we found a stunning company with great Eco credentials that can actually deliver every time, cheers guys , you rock!!

Our initial experience seemed promising, but things quickly went downhill during our trial. We had to repeatedly call them just to arrange collection, and the communication was not just poor—it was shockingly bad. They failed to deliver on a same-day service, without offering any apology to us or our customer, who was left waiting for their parcel. To make matters worse, they charged us for canceled orders and didn’t even bother to provide a reason or refund when we inquired. Overall, I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1, only in the hope that they might improve in the future. However, we won’t be using their services again.

I cannot recommend Quiver highly enough! This gem has entirely revamped our delivery offerings in London. Immediate, timed, and same-day delivery services are now not only feasible but also effortless, giving us a unique selling point over our competitors. We've chosen to store our inventory in Quiver's Micro Fulfilment Center, which enables all these delivery options without the need for physical stores. The app flawlessly integrates with Shopify, is fast, efficient, and environmentally conscious. We were apprehensive at first about inventory management however the admin dashboard gives us comprehensive visibility 24/7 on all stock levels, orders, and indicating which items need replenishment. The rave reviews we receive from our customers are a testament to its success. There is also something immensely satisfying about seeing the CO2 emissions you've saved with each delivery, a testament to their commitment to a greener e-commerce landscape. But it's not just the tech that's great, the team behind this app is very impressive. Their responsiveness and dedication to problem-solving have been a game-changer for us. They're always just an email or a phone call away, ready to tackle any issues that come up.
