Love Presidio Quiz Kit! It is very user friendly, straight-forward, and in my opinion the best looking quiz as well. They have pre-made quiz themes to choose from, or you can design your own which was awesome for me! The customer service is also incredible, any issues or questions I have I email and get a response same day, usually from the same representative, I always feel very looked after. Thanks Presidio!

We've tried a lot of quize apps, but Presidio is by far the most intuitive! Perhaps because they have a background in theme design, but whatever it is we are very pleased! So many customisation options, ways to build out the logic and display results to customers. Their integrations are also top notch! A long term partner, for sure!

Quiz Kit is a simple quiz-building app, but its faults are critical when scaling quiz engagement. Mainly, the user interface is extremely clunky, making it hard to create quizzes and the mobile experience is terrible, taking very long to load and not adjusting the font to be legible.

The post-purchase experience needs refinement. Currently, there's no direct product recommendation email integration with Klaviyo, which is a drawback. A steep fee of $250 is required to send one recommendation page, which unfortunately lacks aesthetic appeal and clarity. The system misses an "Add All to Cart" function and a logical discount mechanism. Although there's a button for the cart, it's ineffective unless products are manually added to the cart beforehand.

great customer experience and support + love the app looks great and works perfectly on our website. The only downside I would say is that it gets too expensive to upgrade for features you would expect from a lower tier, such as being able to send your recommendations via email, This should be a standard feature and not one that you have to pay $200 a month for. Small businesses can not afford such a cost and you should not penalise them for it, you could package other things for the higher tier which would still be of value for larger companies.

L'application est assez facile d'utilisation et propose de nombreuses options pour pousser des produits. Le gros point positif ce sont les pages de résultats entièrement personnalisables et modulables, ce qui permet de créer un grand nombre de pages différentes en fonction des réponses de vos clients. Le service client est très réactif et toujours apporteur de solutions en cas de besoin, allant même jusqu'à faire du custom dev pour certains cas. C'est appréciable. Quelques améliorations restent encore à apporter d'un point de vue UX principalement (CTA pour ajouter tous les produits d'une page d'un coup, pop-up panier qui s'ouvre quand tous les produits s'ajoutent...). Je recommande cette application !

Really impressed with this app. The functionality is beyond any other product recommendation quiz apps I've used before. Support has been helpful and prompt whenever I've needed it. It's very flexible. While there's definitely areas for improvement and it's an ever-evolving product and I'd like to think the app developer will continue to improve it based on feedback. Definitely streets ahead of the competition and hopefully it will continue to improve.
