I recently started using the Presidio: Quiz Kit app for our Shopify store and I'm absolutely thrilled with its performance. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making the app super easy to use right from the start. Setting up quizzes with jump logic was a breeze, allowing me to create engaging and dynamic content for our customers. Integrating the app with Klaviyo to collect email addresses was seamless, enhancing our marketing efforts significantly. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional support from Liz and Yana from the product and support team. They were quick to respond to all my queries and even went the extra mile to implement a new feature that wasn't available before. Wow! The app was taking far too long to load for a long time, we contacted quite a few times to get the issue resolved. Thankfully Myron has now found the issue and has fixed whatever was causing the lag, so the quiz now loads within a normal timeframe.

I would definitely recommend quiz app to other companies. We are constantly converting customers through the app. Our quizzes are pretty basic and the results do show a lot of our products but overall we are happy with the app.

Love Presidio Quiz Kit! It is very user friendly, straight-forward, and in my opinion the best looking quiz as well. They have pre-made quiz themes to choose from, or you can design your own which was awesome for me! The customer service is also incredible, any issues or questions I have I email and get a response same day, usually from the same representative, I always feel very looked after. Thanks Presidio!

We've tried a lot of quize apps, but Presidio is by far the most intuitive! Perhaps because they have a background in theme design, but whatever it is we are very pleased! So many customisation options, ways to build out the logic and display results to customers. Their integrations are also top notch! A long term partner, for sure!

The QuizKit appliaction is quite intuitive to use, we will definitely use the app for more quizes. The support team is always helpful and reactive!

We love quiz kit! We use this kit for multiple shopping quizzes throughout our site that guide users to the correct products. The quizzes are super easy to use, customizable to your branding, and very good at converting to orders. Save yourself some time and use quiz kit!

Fantastic app! Highly customizable for complex quizzes. The support team is really quick and helpful, and helped me with all my very specific issues. Highly recommended! Will use it for other our stores as well.

great customer experience and support + love the app looks great and works perfectly on our website. The only downside I would say is that it gets too expensive to upgrade for features you would expect from a lower tier, such as being able to send your recommendations via email, This should be a standard feature and not one that you have to pay $200 a month for. Small businesses can not afford such a cost and you should not penalise them for it, you could package other things for the higher tier which would still be of value for larger companies.

Presidio is so simple & easy to use! Took me some time to figure out the navigation, but once i am familiar with it I managed to set up my first quiz in just a matter of hours! Kudos to their chat support team in assisting me on achieving my desired outcome :)) Thank you Presidio team!
