Hi, i add the trial to test ti, i cant find any option to cancel or unsuscribe neither in shopify dashboard or in the app dashboard, i did'nt like the app because in mobile version wasnt with images option just text list. and im looking for something more visual. waiting for support to refund and hopefully get help with this.

We've used a lot of apps on Shopify for various things and I can safely say that the Quizell team have been the most helpful, responsive and easy to work with of any team I've come across. We have built a quiz ourselves with limited technical ability and the Quizell team have made it all extremely easy. Where we have needed workarounds for our specific needs, they've gone out of their way to put these in place, have taken the time to understand our specific needs and have acted very quickly. We looked at a lot of tools for our quiz and this was definitely the best out there but what really has set it apart is how supportive the team have been. 100% recommend.

We have had quizel on our website for a few months now. After a couple of technical issues i've deleted the app. Initially, it took their team to get it working as it wouldn't show results. Then today I noticed there were still issues as it wasn't showing me any results. I didn't have a great experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service is truly top-notch – Omri went above and beyond to support me. The quiz is easy to set up, user-friendly, and integrates seamlessly with our website. It’s by far the best solution I’ve come across on the market. We moved to Quizzel from another app so I can compare and confirm that they have absolutely amazing onboarding experience. Omri personally ensured our customized quiz was built perfectly, and the ongoing support has been exceptional so far. The developer team behind Quizzle is clearly strong, and the app already includes most of the essential features you’d need, plus they keep releasing new features regularly. Highly recommend!

Das Team war mega hilfsbereit. Ich hatte bspw. aus versehen ein Quiz gelöscht und es hätte mich viel Zeit gekostet es von vorne anzufangen, das Team hat mir hierbei schnellstmöglich geholfen und das Quiz wieder hergestellt! Auch das Interface ist super leicht zu bedienen. Kann die App sehr weiterempfehlen!
