We needed a new quote and invoicing system for our company that has very specific requirements, and Quote Machine provided all the options. We have been using QM for almost 2 years and have found it to be the best solution offered through the Shopify apps. The only issue or suggestion I recommend for future developments, is the ability to pause the 2-way sync of products from QM to our Shopify website. We allow our customers to purchase replacement parts after we troubleshoot their problems, but we do not want these 'quick create' parts to show on our website or be available for purchase without a prior diagnosis from our service team. The ability pause the 2-way sync would solve this ongoing issue we've been having. Overall though, QM has provided what we need to streamline our quoting and invoicing process.
QM has been great for our company so far. Eli has been nothing but helpful assisting with all of our needs! Big upgrade compared to our last quote tool.

I wasted a month on this app . support is spotty at best. Eli the account mgr made mots of promises that never happened. This app has more bugs than a New York Sewer. Dont waste your time

Quote-machine checked all the right boxes for our needs and more. The system is very intuitive and easy to customize. The onboarding process is world-class; our assigned advisors are easy to work with and guided us meticulously through the implementation. Is rare to receive this type of support. We are very pleased with the Quote-machine solutions integrated with our E-commerce.
