We had so many issues and re-piblishing all items for many times. Everytime republishing them, the photo images are gone and need to fixx them. Finally Byward Support fixed issue and I would liketo give 5 stars for it. Unfortunately for the system I cannot give 5 stars.

必須属性関連がとにかくバグだらけ。 楽天のSKU必須属性を入力しても翌日には消えていることもあり、そもそも楽天に転送する段階で入力していた金額などの情報も全てごっそり抜け落ちるようなバグもあります。 必須属性に対応したかと思えば入力項目ごと消えたりもするので、 ロールバック勝手にしてるのか疑うレベルですが告知もなにもないのでバグに振り回される始末 対策として必須属性を楽天市場で入力したとしても、Shopify側から楽天商品を値段変更すると楽天市場で入力した必須属性は全て消えます。致命的ですね。

Just recently though, customer support level got improved much comparing to before. App works stable although it takes a little bit of time to get used to how it works or how to setup. Overall, without this app, integration with Rakuten would be much more complicated to setup. So it made the integration easier, and we appreciate it.

Very undeveloped app with huge number of bugs. Help desk is not responsive (I think it does not even exist). Almost useless...

とにかく使いづらい ・一週間くらい設定が出来ない事があった →障害発生の連絡など来ず、こちらから問い合わせたところ障害判明した ・楽天側がアプリについて詳細は把握しておらず、 何か問題があった場合は、Byward Labsに英語で自分で問い合わせる必要がある →返答も遅いし、解決策が解決になってない事がある ・同期出来る画像のサイズが1600x1600pxとアプリ側で制限される ・Top画像を変更してもうまく同期されない ・同期がとにかく遅い(変更する度に15分くらい待たされる) ・UIがとにかく使いづらい →ポップアップのような小さいウィンドウで設定しなければならない為使いづらい ・商品の同期をCSVで一括編集する事ができない →スパーセール用の設定など1商品づつ変更しなければいけない ・楽天側の商品管理番号(商品URL)を任意で決められない。 ・同期した画像の名前を任意で決められない ・同期する画像の格納フォルダを任意で指定できない (格納フォルダの名前も指定できない) 総じて、このアプリを使っていてはタイムリーなセールや販売は出来ません。
