After testing many different review apps on Shopify, this one stands out by far as the best. You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more. The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate. If I ever need another app in the future, I’ll definitely check first to see if this developer offers one — that's how good the experience has been.
