You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more. The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate.
