Highly recommended. Their team set up everything from start to finish. I didn't even have to sort out exporting reviews from our historical date – they did everything. We also really love how people can ask questions as part of the review platform. Drives engagement and conversion on our end.

I would highly recommend this app. After testing many product reviews apps this was the only one that did not have a negative impact to the speed of our website. This is important because this app is loading on every product page. The app is packed full of features and easy to use. I keep finding new features like adding the App as a extension in the admin panel to the edit product page. This allows you to manage the reviews for a product directly from the edit product page. William Belk has been the most responsive app developer I have communicated with. He was quick to add a new feature, and that is something I have never seen happen from an app developer. He created a new Flow trigger for Rapid Reviews that runs when a "Review is published". This allows us to automate adding reward points to our Loyalty app.

The Rapid Reviews app has been a great addition to our store. It is easy to use and delivers exactly what it promises, collecting reviews through automated emails at no extra cost. We would like to thank William for his support. He is very attentive and efficient, answering our questions clearly and always willing to help. His assistance made all the difference for a smooth experience with the app. We highly recommend Rapid Reviews to anyone looking for a practical and effective solution to manage reviews in their store.

Rapid Reviews is brilliant, highly configurable, and the review sections fit perfectly into the look of my website and my Shopify theme. I needed a little help to get started, and William was on hand to answer questions and get me set up. He even inserted custom CSS for me and made a few tweaks to get everything set up exactly as I wanted. I agree with another review here that praises William for going above and beyond. A great Shopify add-on.

This app is reasonably easy to install and flexible in terms of customization and features. It has everything needed. But really convincing is the excellent customer support. William was not only fast and solution oriented with or issue, he even went the extra mile and gave us tipps for our store :) I would highly recommend this app.

I've been using Rapid Reviews for two of my Shopify stores since last year. I switched from Stamped to Rapid Reviews and couldn't be happier! Stamped was beginning to slow my site down. I found Rapid Reviews and haven't looked back! But the best thing I can say here is that William Belk gives incredible support - he just goes over and beyond. This alone will be why I will be a loyal Rapid Reviews user!

l have been using rapid reviews for a few months now. lt is an excellent app and the service provided is truely one of the kind. Setting everything up is extremely easy and there are instruction docs provided on almost every aspect of the app. Furthermore, if you do run into any trouble William Belk is quick to respond and ready to solve your issue. l doubt that you could get this kind of service with any other review app and l highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and customer friendly review app. Don't waste your time on other apps. Just trust the reviews. This many people surely can't be wrong.

In the past we worked with many review platforms. We were one of the first paying customers of yotpo, but over time, we did not get any new features unless we would have upgraded to insanely expensive plans. Then we switched to stamped.io . Because of their poor code quality our checkout broke, which is of course horrible, and so we switched to reviews.io OVerall their integration was sluggish and we could not customize it the way we wanted to. I did a not of research, looked into Junip etc but then found rapidreviews. As the name implies, the reviews are in fact rapid. We got a long free trial and the owner William Belk, was really good in helping us getting reviews imported, and getting set up. The speed, service level as well as the low price are all reasons we will keep working with rapidreviews. We are able to integrate with Klaviyo and collect our reviews that way. They also have their own AMP template which is nice, but at this point I am more interested in video reviews. While rapidreviews can collect them, it is right now not something you can promote with AMP or their regular emails. I would love to have the ability to push video reviews more with rapidreviews, as those are what moves the needle the most. Overall still 5 stars for Rapidreviews

Terrific App backed by sensational support from William - Highly recommended!

Super fast (as the name suggests) and unbeatable customer service! Was using Stamped on another store but heard of this app through recommendations and decided to give it a go. Very happy I did! William has been awesome with answering any questions and even jumped into my account to help.

We tried a few different review tools - Vitals, Loox, Judge.me - and Rapid Reviews was by far the best. It's fast. It looks great on mobile. And William is very helpful with any questions that we've had come up. Seriously - so many of these tools don't load reviews very quickly on mobile. If you were a restaurant, it's like the host stand being empty. Not ok! Try Rapid Reviews!! Do it now!!!

I would definitely recommend this app. Very easy to implement and appreciate the attention to detail. One of the best things about it, is it's pricing structure. Very much geared to grow along with your business. And the best thing is the support. William is awesome!

Owner William convinced me to switch from Fera reviews by reaching out and providing data showing that his platform was better performing and far less costly with room to grow without getting price gouged. I've been using his app Rapid Reviews for about a year now and the app and his customer service have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store.
