Perfectly executed, cleanly coded app. Easy to setup, easy to customize and everything works at a very affordable price. Great replacement for the now gone Shopify Reviews! Doesn't hurt that William provides lighting fast, excellent support.

This app has a low impact on your shop's performance, and William is quick to assist with setup and support. My previous reviews collector had a negative effect on my Shopify Performance score. As I was exploring ways to improve speed, William reached out with helpful information and statistics. After making several adjustments, such as reducing animations and standardizing the color palette, I noticed some modest improvements in performance. However, the most significant improvement came when I removed the old reviews app and installed Rapid Reviews, which nearly doubled my Shopify Performance score. I highly recommend this app for its quick support from William (the developer) and its minimal impact on store performance.

The best part of the app is the amazing support you receive. It is a real person, not a chat bot. This makes the app very easy to install and use and gives me the confidence that if there are ever any issues with it, the developer is only an email away and I don't have to wait endlessly.

Set up and integration were a breeze and any questions we had were quickly answered in detail by the founder, William. It has additional features our previous review app would charge a large amount to upgrade for, so it's a win for us. We are in the early stages of using Rapid Reviews, however so far we would highly recommend making the switch.

We migrated from Judge.Me to Rapid Reviews. This app is faster, provides a better value, and offers more features. William provided amazing app support and event spent over an hour on a 1x1 screenshare to make sure everything was working & up to our standards.

Great support, the switch was easy. We were able to import all our YotPo reviews and not only save $400/mo, but our website is 18 points faster on pagespeed insights using Rapid Reviews as opposed to YotPo, which is huge for us.

A big shout out about this amazin apps. My site's load speed? Lightning-fast now! And if you ever hit a snag, William from their support is like your tech buddy on speed dial. We've recently migrated over to Rapid Reviews from Stamped.io. Stamped was massively slowing our site down and the admin took a decade to load. We were paying a lot and quite a few of the features weren't included and its refreshing to know the premium features are included as standard. Will has been fab helping us with setup when we had some teething issues. He's quick to respond and will jump on a screenshare if needed. 100% recommend Rapid Reviews.

Left Stamped.io for Rapid Reviews after 7+ years. Stamped.io was bloating our site with code and they are $$$. +++++ Rapid Reviews seriously improved our page speed! +++++ Switching review apps may seem daunting - but its really not. Support is beyond amazing! Not that you'll need it! When's the last time a developer proactively reached out to you?!

The Rapid Reviews app is as fast as it can get at the review world. It is even faster than the native Shopify reviews app. Very satisfied with it! William takes very good care of any requests / special needs that do come up.
