Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Rapid Search does not permanently disable Shopify Search & Discovery. When enabled, it replaces the storefront search experience by design, but Shopify’s native search is fully restored as soon as Rapid Search is disabled or removed. We apologize for the frustration.
