I installed this app and ran into problems and asked for help....no reply. I finally figured out how to get it to install. Then I went to customized it and it won't take my customization and puts a weird color on my site. Reached again for help and nothing. After sending a few requests no help came. At this point I would not recommend this app. Great concept and it does semi work but customer service really is poor The worst i have ever seen.

I already uninstalled app but still its showing on my site, tried to delete many times but still nothing. have sent an email to them but nothing. would not recommend.

I uninstalled app and its still on my site! How do i take it off? I have tried everything to remove it and It is still there!
