Since they were bought by a big company they are horrible. They app just stops working for months. It happens all the time. They simply don't care about their customers any longer. I asked them to address my concerns for days before leaving this review. They simply do not care. My advice is do not get involved with this company.

So far I am really happy with the trustspot app. I have tried trustpilot and feefo and their dashboards were very poor compared to trustspot and to top it very expensive for there packages for less features. I have been waiting for something like this for a while now, well its finally arrived. Thanks Trustspot!

TrustSpot's customer service is definitely an A+ super fast email responses and willingness to help is amazing. I would definitely recommend this app.
