Exactly what we needed to bridge our online store with our Retail Pro version 8 in-house inventory and POS system. We've been working with Retail Dimensions for more than 10 years. This plugin does everything we need from sync'ing inventory to pulling in order and customer data. Their customer service goes above and beyond for us anytime we need them. Shout out to Paul and Kurt! We highly recommend this plugin to anyone using Rpro and Shopify.

Our company has been with RDI since around 2014 (about 9 years!). Their team is always working to make the product better and they actually care about providing features and functionally that retailers want and need. We use their RDice integration with Retail Pro 9 and our Shopify store and things are running smoothly. Their current customer service team are smart and super nice!

I have been using Retail Pro 9 since 2015 and needed an integration partner when we launched our Shopify website in 2020. We found Retail Dimensions and have not been disappointed. They are great to work with and quick to respond on the few occasions we have needed support. The integration works great. No more worrying and now I have time to work on more important parts of my business. I would highly recommend RD-Ice for Retail Pro!
