We've been using Ready Cloud app for a couple of years without any issues. The return and refund process is straightforward and easy. Customer service is very professional and always there to answer questions. Highly recommended.
Just started using ReadyShipper for our new store and love the app so far. Onboarding was quick and the support team is very responsive. I was able to connect all 3 of my UPS accounts and use the rate shop feature which is a HUGE time saver. Highly recommend if you're looking for new shipping software!
Every time we have little issue or big ones with the my Shopify Program Alex is always a great help! Him understanding the severity of every issue and taking care of them in a timely manner is much appreciated! We greatly appreciate the HELP!! @STAY-LOADED APPAREL!!
Worst app experience EVER. I have been charged for 3 months without ever using the app. I have sent messages, made requests, looked up how to turn it off. No response. NONE. I can't even send a message to customer service bc I haven't signed in for 2 months.
Our company has used Ready Cloud for several years now and it has been such a great experience to grow alongside them. Return shipping has been an easy and convenient process for us as well as for customers and it is always easy to communicate with the team. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and a great team to work with at Ready Cloud!
