2 factor authentication impossible as their system doesn't support it and they are not willing to answer whether their company holds adequate insurance if data is leaked from their platform which is extremely concerning for a tech company that is holding customers personal information. Data is held for an infinite time with no retention policies by default unless you manually log in to the platform and send a message to request your data to be deleted. The UI is also not user friendly and hasn't been updated for many years.

Have been using R2S for years now. It's THE BEST. They have a super helpful live chat option that I really appreciate. Hands down the best service of it's kind.
