WALDOR & CO. review for Reaktion: Tracking & Analytics

We like Reaktion overall and the platform has a lot of potential, but there are some frustrating limitations that significantly affect our day-to-day use. The reporting interface is quite restrictive when working with larger amounts of data, and the custom reporting lacks flexibility for more complex setups. We have also encountered cases where suggested workarounds simply do not achieve what we need, including when working with data across different advertising channels. What is most frustrating is that we have raised several of these limitations and feature requests directly with the team, but some remain unresolved months later, with limited communication around whether or when they will be addressed. Reaktion is a useful platform, but for larger ecommerce businesses the current reporting limitations can become a real bottleneck. We hope these issues are prioritized, as addressing them would make a significant difference to the product.
