For the most part this app works well. We are a high end consignment store (www.michaelsconsignment.com) so we have unique sku's for every item in our store... occasionally the items recommended don't really relate to the one being looked at. The customer service is great... very responsive. Overall we are happy with the app. Thank you!

This app is pretty great and the customer support team is outstanding. Maybe the best customer support team I've ever encountered? The greatest custom support: customer support was so quick and responsive and handled my moderately complex request to output tags and product type in the title of this widget so that my product titles looked exactly the way I wanted them to. They wrote me back within 24 hours every single time I wrote them, were courteous and insightful One feature that I'd love to see Recomatic add: product pairings, so that you can specify which products show up when someone is on a product page instead of relying on the algorithm

It's useful and easy, but I wish there were more ways to view data with it. It shows you very little information.

Hands down THE BEST recommendation app in shopify! The customer service is superb and the app does everything you need. I have 5 stores with shopify and I use recomatic in every one of my store. Bottom line, it works!

Recomatic is no fool. This app is the solution for giving your products exposure to the appropriate audience. The suggestions seem to be spot on and we've seen customers purchase items that come up through recomatic process. Mostly importantly, Daniel has been incredibly responsive and supportive. Easy to use and works more intuitively than the related products option within Shopify. They are very timely with support questions as well. Definitely would recommend!
